Terms & Conditions


Lifestyle benefits program 100 Club members with 100,000 Lifestyle Qualified Credits (“Credits”) and above, who are in good standing with their Club Wyndham South Pacific (“Club”) annual levies and Lifestyle membership fees, may exchange their Credits towards various travel products (‘Lifestyle Adventures’) offered by Our Vacation Centre Pty Ltd (‘OVC’) and made available through Lifestyle by Wyndham subject to the following terms and conditions:;

  • Lifestyle Adventures are subject to availability, individual providers booking terms and conditions. Please refer to each Lifestyle Adventures offer for full details and vendor websites.
  • Lifestyle Adventures fees and charges must be paid in full at time of booking.
  • Credits require a minimum validity of 6 months (180 days) from the date of booking to be accepted by OVC and must be Lifestyle Qualified Credits allocated to the Lifestyle member’s Club account for the current year or accrued from the prior year. They cannot be Credits transferred from other Lifestyle members or borrowed from any subsequent year*.
  • Bookings can be made with a combination of Credits and cash if a member does not have enough Credits to cover the required Credits for the booking. This will be at the cash rate of AU $0.04 per credit required.
  • The Credits required for each package shall be stated on each Lifestyle Adventures offer displayed on the Lifestyle by Wyndham website.
  • A housekeeping token or housekeeping fee is also required for each Lifestyle Adventures package/per person booking.
  • Cancellation of any Lifestyle Adventures booking will be subject to the OVC cancellation policy as well as the provider’s cancellation terms and conditions which will be contained in each Lifestyle Adventures offer and/or on the individual provider’s website. Cancelled bookings could result in the loss of up to 100% of the Credits and Housekeeping Tokens/fees paid
    • Where a cancellation is made within the cancellation policy terms and conditions, there will be no refund of Credits exchanged, however the Credits will be banked with OVC for up to 2 years from the date of the original booking which may be used as payment towards another Lifestyle Adventures package or OVC Cruises booking. Where payment for a package has been made using a mix of cash and Credits, the cash portion shall be used to cover any cancellation fees first, with any remaining cancellation fees covered by Credits
  • Lifestyle by Wyndham and the Lifestyle Adventures benefit is provided by Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific Pty Ltd ACN 090 083 613 (‘Wyndham’). All offers and activities available under Lifestyle Adventures are provided by OVC and third party providers. Wyndham nor any of its related entities, employees or agents accept any liability in contract or otherwise for damage, loss, delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by the acts, omissions or default by OVC or third party providers over whom Wyndham has no direct control or caused by any other event which is beyond our control and not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part. *For the purposes of this benefit, a year means a Club owner’s Anniversary Year.
